The Coachman is great! I have lived here over three years, and love it! I can see why some have lived here 15-25 even 37 years. The management is very professional and friendly. If there are any problems in your unit, they are on it right away. The Coachman's location is perfect.. and the ammenities they offer is great! close to everything.I can not see any complaints with this building. I guess that is why they have a low vacany rate! If you can, move to the Coachman! You will love it!
This was one of the best apartments I've lived in in the Denver area, and it's mostly due to Nancy. She's an outstanding property manager. We have lived now in three additional apartments, closer to our jobs in downtown, otherwise we might never have left. She is by far our favorite of all the property managers we've had. Responsive, courteous, prompt, and she takes care of her people and this old building very well. I know we had neighbors who had lived in the building for 4, 6 and 10 years. There was rarely ever a vacancy even in the bad economy. The neighborhood has some great, walkable restaurants and is close to Congress, Cheesman and City Parks. I recommend you remove the bad "prospective resident" review, he sounds like sour grapes and certainly wasn't fair to the management in his so called review.
If you're looking for elegant, safe, convenient living with great entertaining/amenity options 1600 is the absolute best choice at an extremely reasonable price. Firstly, 1600 is located right on East Avenue at the edge of Rochester at the Brighton divide. I walked to Wegman's (2 minute walk), walked to bars/restaurants, walked to grab coffee and was able to easily take the bus to work downtown. Need to get out of the city? Hopping on to 490/590 is a snap. The units are gorgeous and extremely well kept. We had beautiful hardwoods in our unit, new appliances and they really go above and beyond with the lighting/bathroom fixtures. No cheap pieces of plastic here, really elegant stuff. The views are incredible if you're lucky enough to have a higher up unit. The building faces towards Cobb's Hill on one side and, on the other, towards Ontario Lake. We were able to watch fourth of July fireworks from our windows. The staff is amazing. There is an office staff who coordinates rent payments and maintenance services. Everything is easy, accessible and quick. If I needed help with something or even like a lightbulb changed I simply sent an email and by the time I was home from work the maintenance staff had taken care of it. They even have weekend/evening on call services...no waiting for a landlord to deign to come by days later. There are concierge services which is just great for mail, pets, locking yourself out of your apartment! and just adding a really friendly vibe to the place...someone is always monitoring who is coming in/out of the building and saying hi to you and your guests! The building has a huge dining area downstairs perfect for having a lot of friends over for dinner! A large kitchen area as well that you can sign up to use. They also have a GYM! which has your basic weights/machines that is so convenient. I worked out almost every day when I lived there...which is much more than I can say now that I have a house and the gym is sooo far away ; ). There is also a really awesome billiards/darts room that are friends just went gaga over when every we entertained. (Also a movie theatre room where they order movies and show they weekly with popcorn). Parking is great, always spots in the back where they keep the grounds fresh with flowers in the stuff and do an awesome job plowing the snow in the winter. The community at 1600 is the other great thing.There is an awesome mix of retired folks and young professionals. Everyone is interesting and nice. They have building parties twice a year with free foods, drinks, entertainment and prizes! Great way to get to know your neighbors. But it also very private. The walls are really thick and we didn't hear anything when we were in our apartment. I can go on and on but basically this is the best place to live in the East/Park Ave area in Rochester. The price is really reasonable for everything you get (basically all utilities are included).
The management, amenities and fapartment homes here are fantastic. I am extremely happy with everything at Altis Promenade and I can highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a rental apartment !
I called several weeks before even arriving to South Carolina and Alexis was the up most professional and help me every step of the way. I'm so thankful that the other complexes never called me back if the would of I might not of had the best !
The Westlight is in a perfect location in DC. I have lived for DC over the past 7 years and think it is a wonderful new building. Parking is easy and ample and thankfully exits 24th St instead of 23rd St. The pool and exercise area are good and not overused. The apartments are brand new with a ton of storage. However, I am concerned about the new bar that is opening and time will tell about its impact.
I have now been a resident at Aris Market Square for 7 months and I wanted to updated my review from when I moved into The Aris. I have to say I think I might be even more impressed and I genuinely believe that the staff, amenities, and building have gotten even better! I have finally have people living on my floor and the Aris is starting to fill up BUT it is never overly crowded like all other highrises and apartment complexes and I come in and different times and different days. The gym is even still perfect and never too crowded. Now that I finally have neighbors living on my floor and the building is completely finished, I can still say that it is just as quit and peaceful as the day I moved in and I never hear my neighbors or noise. It is so peaceful and upscale that I feel honored to live at The Aris. Next, the management of Kristen and Teri are AMAZING!!! The leasing agents Keelia, Lyndsey, & Adel are the best I have ever seen and always greet me with a smile and are now like family to me. The concierge of Jan and Bridgett are top notch and they go above and beyond just like the management and leasing staff! Even the cleaning crew and maintenance staff is incredible and very welcoming! Lastly, the valet is the BEST VALET IN HOUSTON and even though I don't use them because I have a motorcycle they are excellent and I would have no issues having them valet my car! I am so happy at The Aris that choosing to become a resident here might be one of the BEST DECISIONS I HAVE EVER MADE!! Plus, they are building an incredible Bravery Chef Hall of the first floor of the buikding that should be done in a few months. The access to the amazing Historic Market Square Park, Running Trails, all the bars, clubs, nightlife, restaurants, and even retail are literally stepps away on Main St and in front of the building on Travis St. Plus, you have access to the downtown underground tunnel system just a block away and the rail just steps away out the back of the building. I am so impressed with this building, the staff, amenities, and great residents that makes this highrise upscale and a place to call HOME and not just renting an apartment!!! Call today and ask for either Lyndsey, Keelia, Adel, Teri, or Kristen, and I promise they will take VIP care of you and give you an amazing tour!!!! Thank you Aris Market Square for continuing to get better and better and make this highrise without a doubt the best Highrise in Houston and honestly the most LUXURIOUS!!!
Overall our experience at this property has been rewarding. We enjoy the privacy and serenity of the building. The decor is vibrant and modern and the amenities are great. Management will often provides treats and arrange activities for the residents, which I feel is awesome.
Dropped by to check out the property for my son who will be attending CSUSB. It's a very nice property but a bit pricey. The girl who gave us a tour of the property was very hospitable and attentive and answered all of our questions (I believe her name was Nirosha if that helps). She also offered us a beverage before the tour which I thought was a nice touch

Great building and location, staff is great and I feel like you get what you pay for. Apartment is clean and has great amenities. Apartment is spacious and the high ceilings help the space feel big. We live in a 2 bedroom with 3 kids and its perfect size.
Very happy living here. Friendly staff take care of any maintenance requests immediately. Grounds are well maintained. Although several new recycling containers were recently added, there is still not enough room to recycle everything from tenants.
Nice apartment with reasonable rent. Conveniently located to shops and entertainment. Clean and safe common areas with super friendly staff! Whenever something needs to be fixed the maintenance crew is on top of it quick. I have always been very happy with the complex in general.
I am very happy with the apartment, the management, and the maintenance staff. The exterior of the apartment building is well maintained, I am proud to have my family visit me here. I love the area, parks, and shopping so close. I feel safe and my neighbors are respectful and friendly.
I have lived here for 26 years and never regretted one day. The building is kept very clean, the amenities are great, and the staff is as pleasant as they can be. The location could not be any more convenient. Buses are available right outside our doors.
Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous, willing to help problem solve, responsive, and, even more important, did what they said they would do. We have been very pleasantly surprised with the individual attention we have received, and that quality of service has been consistent.
This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. It's quiet and perfectly located to reach any place in Austin. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Maintenance staff is amazing. Every request I've had has been completed promptly and perfectly. I recommend this place to anyone looking to live in austin
My husband and I moved to Charlotte from Ohio last Spring. We chose Bexley based on the website, reviews, and the responsiveness of the leasing office. We weren't entirely sure what to expect when we arrived on our move-in day (we had not visited prior to moving), but we were so impressed. Our unit had just been renovated and was beautiful and clean, all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating, our neighbors were friendly, and the amenities made us feel like we were living at a resort. We never felt unsafe, as there are remote-accessed gates and a security officer who would do walk-throughs of the pool area and clubhouse at night. The location was perfect - right across from restaurants and shopping and convenient to main roads and the interstate - yet it felt secluded with all of the trees. We recently had to move to the Ballantyne area to be closer to my job in South Carolina, and we were so sad to leave.
I am temporarily in the area and have lived at Bexley Commons for 2 months. I am very pleased with the apartment complex. The apartment is attractive and clean. Having managed a relatively large business, I know that, by far, the most important component for success is the quality of the staff. At Bexley the staff is top notch. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the maintenance staff resolves issues quickly and competently. Strong recommendation from me.
Great apartment, amazing view, very helpful staff. I've been here a year and definitely plan on renewing my lease. My unit is handicapped accessible and it is amazingly easy to navigate, clean and manage.
I love it is quite. And clean security maintenance doing a good job Staff doing a good job I'm very grate ful for that.Maintence keeps the grounds looking good and clean. Staff when I go to pay the rent the retreat me good.
I lived at the Brittany Townhomes for about 3 years. It was awesome top to bottom! Spacious bedrooms and great living room area with fireplace! 2 car garage with deck was a huge plus! The manager of the complex Marci was the best and always helpful! I needed maintenance only two times in three years and they were there almost immediately To help! I have lived a lot of places and this was the best complex and management I have ever seen!
Calm east apartments has responsive management who are very polite, respectful and eager to help in any way. If forced to move I would seek out another Westover property provided rent is reasonable, affordable but most of all properly managed.
I've loved living at this Camden location as it's right in the middle of everything. The staff itself is what has really stand out to me the most. They have been very helpful since day one and continue to be hands on while I'm a resident - which is very hard to find nowadays. Marcus and Alex in the leasing office are excellent and extremely responsive. I wish every place I've lived in could have a staff like theirs.
