Mingo is my home. It is a wonderful community with excellent staff and neighbors. The property is very clean and the landscaping is beautifully kept. Maintenance requests when submitted are handled very quickly and professionally. I love living at Mingo.

Like many others have said, Tatnuck is such a great place to stay. Staff Tanya, Raffi, and Deanna are sweet and very accommodating. I do enjoy living here if I say so myself. The only downfall is that my children's school bus in particular does not come to this community. However I do see other school busses that drop off and pick up children here. Safe, quiet, reasonably priced for the market I would recommend Tatnuck.

I lived here for nine years prior to 2004, moved away for several years, and when I moved back to the area, chose the Elms because of the beautiful setting and well kept buildings and grounds, the convenient location, and for the excellent services provided by the office and maintenance teams. The manager sets the example of what that should look like!

To date our experience has been wonderful, we feel for us this is the premier community in the city. As a business person my innate sense tells me the Hankin people place great value on satisfying their customers, I appreciate that.

Apartment maintenance and staff is very courteous and kind and everything is completed in a timely manner. The appearance of the apartment matches the level of comfort in the interior, both being a place I am proud to live in.

The W has been the best living community that I've lived in. They are so friendly and make you feel at home. The maintenance is usually taken care of ASAP, which is a plus and the community is just beautiful! :)

I personally have not lived here long. But as of right now the community seems amazing, so many beautiful young faces with such a great sense of hospitality. I honestly really enjoy this community and I hope to continue to enjoy it the way that I do.

Meridian is a friendly facility. Restrictions due to COVID were unfortunate. We are hopeful that the year 2021 will be much better because Meridian at Eagleview has much to offer. The staff is very responsive, courteous, and helpful.

My husband and I had become disenchanted with the apartment-hunting experience, but the ladies here snapped that right out of us. Their genuine concern for helping us find exactly what we needed and in the time frame that we were hoping for has been jaw-dropping. I'm in construction and had probably more questions than most about specific items was already known to them or they found it out and got back to me so quickly my head spun. The apartment is wonderful and there is plenty of space for our dogs to enjoy themselves as well. The dog park is wonderful and you're never far away from a dog-potty bin that is stocked with bags. The community is quiet and very well-maintained. The valet garbage pickup is a fantastic perk! The 4'x4' master shower and massive master closet are unheard of in apartments. We're thrilled! And, again, the staff is easily five-star. I can't stress that point enough. We could be in a shoddy community, but have community staff this good and still be happy. We lucked out and got a great place AND their staff is amazing. Win-win!

I'm looking for a smaller place, moving from a house that I've lived in for over 30 years, and I think the 2 bedroom will be the perfect next size home for me. I was happy to see all the activities that are available.

So far so good. Apartment in great shape. Move in was bery eas and office was well organized. Alejandra was very helpful with all of my questions. I live the location. Quiet compared to other areas of northern VA

The ELM community has proven a high-degree of customer and tenant services; which made by living experiences for over 15 years both safe and protective. I have no regrets and honor the higher values.

We love our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Chilmark w/sunroom apartment. We have lived here about 31/2 years. Our bldg is very quiet and smoke free. Theres also plenty of parking. Its a very nice place to call home.

Wonderful, beautiful, and safe place to reside! All of the staff/management are great. I have had no problems with noise and other residents are respectful and friendly. The rent is reasonable and plenty of parking.

It has been great so far. Love the space. The dog loves it too and the location to west Chester town center is perfect. It has been a smooth transition and I feel comfortable in the space. I would recommend to friends.

Outstanding location. Walkability rating can't be higher. Staff is friendly and responsive. You won't find a better apartment for the money. Metro is one block away. Local bus stop across the street. Post office, Ace Hardware, restaurants, nightlife...this place has it all.

The Premier is a great place to live. All staff are great and are most professional and are able to help you with any problems that arise in your apartment at any time. I have had the pleasure of meeting with the property manager, the front desk staff as well as the maintenance staff. All are professional and provide great service delivery.

Hawthorne at Friendly is simply an outstanding community. The location is the best in Greensboro. Management does a wonderful job maintaining the property and keeping most everyone pleased. The property has state-of-the-art facilities and top-notch customer service!

Wonderful community feel. Beautifully landscaped. Hankin Properties has endless trails in the surrounding area for strolling. They offer concerts and movies in the summer and in the wintertime even Santa pays a visit. Love it here.
