Before Weidner bought my building this was a pretty nice place to live. It was a quiet place. The manager knew me by my first name. Pets weren't allowed, now whenever you walk by a door you hear dogs barking. They allowed one tenant to have 2 German Shepard's and a small child in one place which I am assuming is a 2 BR. My rent went from $850 to $900 within a couple months. The next charge was for the water. It is 2.5 * ?? I get a bill for about $30 each month. How they calculate the water charge has never been explained to me. I am waiting to see what other charges they come up with. I WILL NOT rent from Weidner ever again! I recommend you don't either.
