The walls are paper thin. There is always loud music and constant barking dogs. Always hear people outside yelling. The parking sucks. You get one spot. The spots are way too close together and majority of the time someone else is already parked in your assigned spot. The same key used for the laundry world for all of the upstairs doors. There's always homeless people in the stairways. Drunk people pounding on your door in the middle of the night because there at the wrong apartment but we're able to get upstairs. The area is the only reason to live here but with that in mind there are way better places in the same area. Avoid Brighton woods. The maintenance are duct tape Masters. Nothing ever really gets fixed. All appliances are outdated. They raise your rent but never update anything. They paint over mold. The staff are only there for a paycheck. There lazy and don't know ----. Don't expect your deposit back no matter how clean or good of a tenant you are. They will find a way to screw you in the end.
