Resident ā€¢ 2020

Worst place we have ever lived, hands down. Been here 7 months and we've personally been around a SWAT team intervention for an active shooter, neighbor with a gunshot wound, meth overdose across the hall, apartments with 8+ tenants in a 2 bdrm, dog poopā€¦Ā See More >

The rent has been raised twice under Weider. With the old mgmt, the shared & general areas were kept cleaner. We're paying more & getting less! Some pet owners allow their dogs to urinate right by the main entrance - very visible inā€¦Ā See More >
