The owner was flexible and allowed time to move in quickly even while the apartment was getting a makeover. I watched it go from a decent apartment to one that has some major potential. As noted, they apartments were made awhile ago. They are well made but dated. There are things you can appreciate for the 70s (I believe) and that's what you have to think going into it. I have witnessed as the owner continues to make updates and modernizes the apartment units.
The apartment community is quiet even though the surrounding residential can be loud on football evenings. The landscaping is thoughtfully done and maybe you'll be able to find out where the berry bushes are. Even though not everything is "perfect," this is an easy place to live. Kodiak in general, but Sea View as well if you're looking for a quiet and consistent place to settle into.
