While we thank you for your review, we're disappointed to hear your time with us did not live up to your expectations. We are sorry if you experienced issues with your power or water intrusion. We changed the pest control company in October of 2016 to better serve the needs of our residents, and we believe that change has made a positive impact. We apologize your move-in experience wasn't what it should have been. While we do charge a convenience fee for credit card payments, we accept other forms of payment as well, and we are sorry those options were not explained to you during your leasing consultation. We're sorry to hear you decided not to join us at 150 Summit. As of May 2016, SPM took over the management of our beautiful community, and has made many positive changes. In addition to changing the pest control company, we've provided additional pet waste receptacles, and have made changes to our management staff to better serve the needs of our valued residents. Since that time, we've made many positive improvements to the 150 Summit community. We've introduced two new courtesy officers, new pool furniture, additional waste receptacles, and our beautiful pet park is nearing completion. We've also enhanced the landscaping, changed pest control companies, and purchased a new leasing golf cart. We love our community, and we know these upgrades will add value and comfort to the lives of our cherished residents. We also ask our residents to be respectful of the fact noise travels in shared living spaces. If a resident experiences issues regarding abnormal noise levels, temperature fluctuations, or any other problem, we are happy to address the concern. Our desire is for every experience at 150 Summit to be a five-star experience. Our maintenance team continues to provide the excellent service you enjoyed, and we pride ourselves on responding promptly to all work orders. Additionally, our management staff values each resident and strives to complete tasks, such as leasing adjustments, in a speedy manner. We have been thrilled with the upgrades they have made to our cherished community. We've installed several new pet waste receptacles and are nearing completion on our beautiful new pet park. As far as noise, we remind our residents sounds travel in shared spaces, and to please be respectful of neighbors.
