I am writing in response to rating titled horrid from 09/16/2010. I am a previous resident of Beaconview in Homewood and I loved it. I lived there for 2 years until I purchased my home, the staff was extremely helpful never rude as was stated. I felt like my maintenance issues where handled promptly and if I had a problem with anything I would contact the office staff or manager and get a resolution. I was extremely shocked to what was said about the previous manager Kim, beacuse I could never see her being rude to any child my two children loved going into the office because she would always make it a point to speak to them and make them feel welcome. As far as the statement that she was sleeping with someone else's husband I find that hard to believe because I know for a fact she has been involved with someone for a few years now. I would highly recommend Beaconview to anyone.
