I recently lived at Crowne at Grandview. I loved the old staff they had that just transferred to their new location several months ago. The old staff made sure all issues were resolved immediately, whether it be with maintenance or renewing a lease. I have found with the new staff, especially the manager -----, that they handle things with timing that only benefits them and not the resident. Not only do they take forever to answer a question or resolve a problem, the new staff seems like they have no clue of what they are talking about. I was given several different figures on what my monthly rent would be if I renewed my lease. I had no clue in which figure to go by. Even the manager, ----- did the same thing. It carried over for a month. So, at that point I just decided to move out and find another place. I have been happy at my new place ever since then. The noise level upstairs was unbearable. I could hear people doing things at all hours of the night, and never slept. That's not on the management, but they could have at least told the residents upstairs to quiet it down after midnight, once I notified management. It was just great when the old staff was there, but now it has turned into a complete disaster. I would recommend looking anywhere else but here. I've stayed at 5 total different complexes and this is the first one I've had a problem with in any way.
