The Abbey At Lakeshore
The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

I am very sorry to hear you haven't been happy in your home. If you currently live here I would love the opportunity to walk your home with you so that we can take care of any items that need attention. We do pride ourselves on having happy residents so when we are complimented we ask that they tell the world their experience which is why we have so many great reviews. Our water bills have not been a flat rate in at least 5+ years and I apologize for the misunderstanding. However, the Charter Cable, Trash and Pest control is a flat rate each month. Also, we have never raised rent by amount in the past 5 yrs. Rental increases are based on current market rates in the area and market analysis are completed every month to ensure we are accurately priced. Thank you for the kind words! I had notice an Alabama Power pole light out and called in a work order and it's been replaced now. We completed a community wide light check just this week and didn't see any lights out. Please contact the office if you still notice a problem 205-942-6189 and we'll get Alabama Power back our.
