i was Given wrong information. I was originally told I could be in an apartment right away. As soon as I paid the application fee was told it would take longer than what I was told. the application fee is nonrefundable. They wouldn't return my money once they changed their song. Please ensure you get an exact move in date or availability on an apartment ensuring it won't change once you pay for the application fee. The lady at the front desk Kassandra I think is her name, was not customer friendly at all. She answered questions vaguely. Didn't make you feel welcome to be there.

    I am sorry you feel like you had a bad experience when applying with us. I am not sure how to contact you being you posted this anonymously but I would love to hear from you. When applying we have to get the exact move in date and the home you wish to move into in order to move forward with the screening process. When applying, you sign a Statement of Rental Policy that states what our qualification standards are so that you are aware of how we qualify each applicant. The Administration Fee is refundable as long as you do not cancel or falsify your application.
