Resident 2012 - 2015

10/1/2015

Have lived here going on 4 years. And am currently considering moving when my lease expires. Biggest issue for me is maintenance doesn't come quickly enough I had a ceiling leak last year that literally took them a month to fix the water damage. Was on the verge of hiring a lawyer when they finally fixed everything. The buildings are old so leaks happen often in one form or another. I have had at least 4 big leaks since I moved in. Weirdly enough most happened while I was on vacation. Repairs are never thoroughly done just patched over. My apartment was never dehumidified with the ceiling leak & my carpet (that was absolutely SOAKED was never replaced). They have been renovating for about a year or 2 so new resident apartmentswill look much nicer than older units. My unit still has not been fully renovated after almost 2 years. They did redo my cabinet & counters though which are actually nice but no paint or hardwood floors as promised. Other than maintenance issue I do enjoy living here. Grounds are well kept & my side of the complex is very quiet which I love! I dont use any of the other amenities like pool, gym or computer room so I can't speak for those but overall it is ok here. I'm thinking of moving due to financial reasons. And this apartment is honestly much nicer than many others I have seen in the area that match my budget
