Hello Resident, Our staff seeks to provide our residents with the best customer service possible. Our residents are very proud of where they live, therefore some of them like to let us know that by rating us and we certainly appreciate each one of them. We have the highest level of integrity so we do not write our own reviews. Anthony Gary is our maintenance supervisor and I would love for you to come by the office to meet him. Here at The Retreat at Rocky Ridge we strive to offer the most professional and friendly customer service. We apologize for any situation that you feel was not handled with the utmost professionalism and would like the opportunity to make it right with you. We work very closely with our local water/sewer company and we strive to keep the cost of water/sewer as low as possible. Our policy has always required that utility bills are to be paid with rent. This would include all forms of payment utilizing either the resident portal or making a WIPS payment which makes this so convenient for all residents. We strive to make things most convenient for you as we want to make sure your stay here is a happy one. We want our residents to enjoy their apartment home at The Retreat at Rocky Ridge.
