At first we really loved it here. We were looking for somewhere quiet and we made that very known to the office staff. They raved about how peaceful it is here. And it is. During the day. At night we have neighbors screaming singing karaoke at the top of their lungs with their patio door wide open. The apartment is nice but we have had several plumbing problems that kept getting temporary fixes till I finally complained enough and they got a certified plumber to fix it. Overall the office staff is nice but this month we got a late fee when we paid way before our bill was late. I've emailed serval times with no response so our rent is $200 over what it should be. Water and sewer are included in the rent and sewer is somehow always $50-$60 when water is $20. Very confusing. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place. It's a hassle to get in contact with anyone in the office and any time I have tried to go down there when I have the time they're on their almost 2 hour lunch break so I get no help or answers.
