Ive lived in the Sheraton for about 7 months now. I rarely ever had a problem parking. If you dont mind walking down the block and across the street, then your fine. In fact its at the complete opposite side of the buildng that the restaurant is, and the entrance is about the same distance away. I would also like to add, the laundry room is just fine and I have never had a problem, in fact the people seem very nice down there. Just avoid sunday nights, way too busy. I often leave my laundry down there and only come back to switch it from one machine to the other. The management is another story. The onsite repair men are very helpful, however the owners of the building refuse to fix up the place. I will say that the elevators are often dirty and my hall just smells weird. Basically if you dont like people, then dont live here. In fact you probably shouldnt live in a city. But if accept the fact that people live around you, then its just fine. The price is another story, water is about to be add to the individual costs, and there are cheaper places to rent. However you have to realize that there are a ton more expensive places out there and that in the long run, its not that bad.
