Not off to a great start. I had no usage of either toilet for over 2 weeks upon moving in. I had use of the half bath but the water to the sink was turned off due to a giant hole in the bottom. The ceiling leaked due to the clogged toilets. The door in the master bath wouldn't close. It was a couple more things wrong but all were completed the last day of April. It took 3 weeks. And plus I can never get in touch with the office and I have a active 1 year old. It's hard to bring her in every time I need to get in touch. I thought that was what the telephone and the online cafe was for... convenience.
