I've lived here for two years, and the only issue I have is the walls being thin. (That's apartment life) Management has always been extremely nice and respectful. If we need something fixed they get out there that day, and fix it. They also don't bother you, and if you ask them to not come in when you're not there they respect that. Rent did change one time, but the amount is quite cheap and reasonable. You do live in the woods so there will be bugs. I just bought my own poison, and sprayed it. (No more bugs) Maybe we just got lucky, but all of the appliances were fairly new. When we first moved in there were issues with the drawers in the bathroom with water rot, but once we asked to get them fixed they were fixed that day! We have an end apartment which are bigger than the middle ones.(at least I think so) Washer and dryer are in closet in the hallway! I love this place, and if you keep the mind set THIS IS AN apartment, people before you were probably gross, we cleaned the apartment before we moved in because who knows who lived here before us. There are things that I dislike, but again it's an apartment that doesn't cost an arm and a leg! I haven't had any problems living here, and I'm a 22 year old girl. I feel very safe here. Like I said the only thing I hate is how loud people are, and how easy it is to hear the above neighbors. That's what comes with an apartment though! Be respectful and they are respectful to you! Overall, I'm glad I picked this as my first apartment!
