If you are a young student you may enjoy these apartments. However, if you are a professional or family with children who is looking for a quiet, upscale place to call home do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. On the surface it looks very pretty and high end. Once you move in you realize you are paying high end prices for low quality goods. The insulation is terrible and provides no cushion from noise or weather. Your entire place shakes every time a door beside you or below you shuts. Your power bill is equivalent to living in a 5,000 square foot house. The pool is a wonderful amenity IF it was for the people who actually live there. On weekends you feel as if you are partying at a frat house. 75% of the people that use the pool do not live there. If you have children beware of glass beer bottles littered across the pool on any given Saturday or Sunday. Not to mention there is no place to park because "outside neighbors" have taken all the spots. Management is adequately "friendly" when you tour the apartments but don't expect that once you have signed on the dotted line. The code to the "security gates" they brag about is given to anyone and everyone who asks for it (including surrounding neighbors who want to come use the pool). The fire alarms are so loud they could bust an eardrum and go off at random times in the middle of the night. Nothing like standing outside in 30 degree weather with your children at 2:00 am while they try and figure out how to turn the alarms off. The saying "you get what you pay for" does not apply to these overpriced apartments.
