Resident • 2014 - 2018 Not Recommended
I have lived here for four years and it has been a TERRIBLE experience. While management was initially accommodating and helpful (back in 2014), leadership has since changed and the people in charge at this point are awful, rude and unhelpful. Amanda Lynch, Amanda Stone and Shelby Rodda are miserable to work with. The building has recently been purchased by another company. Secondary to this, the digital system for residents has been deleted. There is no way to request maintenance and no method to make digital rent payments. Management expects all residents to call monthly to determine rent amounts (dues change monthly secondary to utilities) and then slip a check or money order under the leasing office door. Upon attempting to clear up confusion about current changes, residents have been met with frustrated and unprofessional management members. Don't let the pretty pool fool you, this place is a dump and not worth the absurd amount of money they charge you. The place is constructed cheaply, there is no hot water and management is inconsistent and rude. These cookie-cutter apartment complexes are a dime a dozen. I'd look elsewhere if I were you.
