Although they have plaques hanging in the office talking about customer satisfaction, the staff is lazy and greedy. Instead of the usual "late on the 5th" policy, Wildforest only allows 2 days after rent is due (even if on a Sunday or holiday) before they charge you a late fee. They also will only hold any mail that comes to the office for 2 days before they send it back so if you are out of town and receive a package, good luck!!!
