The outside is pretty polished, but the insides of the apartments are just really gross. There's a horrible mold problem, hair and dirt debris painted into the wall/baseboards, bugs, and just an overall desperate need of interior renovation given the place's market price. The property owner is cutting corners financially everywhere while still charging luxury prices, and it shows. I plan to move to Arch Street or Madison Park across the street simply because I want a more hygienic interior. I have to deep clean once a week to make the inside feel livable.
The office staff is really stellar/patient/friendly, though, and the maintenance guys are great, but I feel that everyone at this complex deserves better from IRT. The water bill is a MASSIVE rip off, for one, and another reason why I'll be moving. The water bill is basically triple what it should be every month because of "fees" and "square footage calculations." IRT is a racket and I know these landlords can afford to do better.
I've attached a picture of some of the mold that I've been living with and breathing in everyday since moving to Bridgepointe :)
