Thank you for taking the time to review our community. Because there's only one master water meter for the property, the water bills are determined by the property usage, what size apartment a resident resides in and how many occupants are inside. During the Summer, we did experience a credit from Huntsville Utilities, that is why the bills were lower than average. Based upon our increased occupancy, the water usage will increase as well. All of our residents receive a monthly statement from Apex in their mailbox for their review. Please stop by the office if you ever need a copy of your water bills and discuss any other outstanding work orders. We appreciate your residency!

It hasn't been horrible but I have always had issues with maintenance no fixing things correctly. They do a lot of patching up and not replacing things that are old. The updates in the apartment doesn't match the price either.
