Fairly nice place for the area. Other than several small passive/agressive altercations with our downstairs neighbor (she would play loud music, I would stomp on the floor, she would smack the ceiling, I would scream profanities and curse her mother's name) we had it made in the shade. During our stay my wife got pregnant, and a one bedroom with one bath apartment just wasn't going to cover our square footage requirement once the baby arrived. We broke our lease with 2 months to spare with 0 (zero) problems, even though we had slightly messed the wall up with cable trays running from the coax port to my wall-mounted TV (which left gaping holes in the wall over the fire place). When I mentioned this issue to Lauren she said in more or less words that "as long as I made an effort to right the issue, the complex would be fine with it."
From the first moment we walked into the office, to the last day when we handed them our final check before we drove off in our U-Haul, we were always pleasantly greeted by Brandi or Lauren, and held their undivided attention. Even after it was announced that we were breaking lease and actively looking for another place to live it was all smiles and questions about the baby. Other than recieving a call from Brandi to remind me that I couldn't knock on another tenent's door and tell them to turn their music down (referring to the same downstairs neighbor) I had no other "run ins" with the office staff.
Maybe, had we treated the staff like used femenine hygeine products we would have had a hard time; however, I couldn't imagine either of those three sweet girls giving ANYONE a hard time...
