Basic apartment living. Rent was cheap, but I must warn you please be prepared to pay a very high electric bill. I paid $585 for a two bedroom with a $300 monthly electric bill. All the residents have complained because the property owner does not keep his units up. The rodents that the previous rater spoke on were the squirrels that swarm the area. Every week someone's water heater kept busting and flooding the units below. None of the water heaters were updated until it busted with all your belongs inside. I lived on the second floor and my unit rained inside above the fireplace. There was a hole in the roof and the maintenance would not fix it. It became worse over time and left one big black mildew stain. (I dreaded the days it rained). The pipes knock whenever the hot water was turned on. When the fire broke out in March 2014 tenants were forced out of there apartment and was told to stay in a shelter. Also, when you move out don't expect to get your security deposit back, the office manager will keep giving you the run around. Overall, it's really not worth the hassle! Don't stay in Hale Properties!!!!!!
