So far it is has been ok. The gym does not have any fans for circulating air, one treadmill is almost non-functional and the cleaning person goes during active gym hours. They do not wear a mask and it makes the gym smell strongly due to lack of airflow. Maintenance is also not wearing masks in people's units, they have come in ours 3 times, no wearing masks despite the state mandate.
Most everything else is fine and the staff is responsive.
