I've lived here for two years. If it weren't for the fact that you can NEVER get anything done around here when it goes wrong it wouldn't be a terrible place to live. The maintenance guy acts as if you are causing him a serious inconvenience by merely asking him to do the simple aspects of his job. He never answers his phone, never replies to voicemails. The landlord is in general a nice person but she does not care about actually doing her job. She's cool if rent is late, but she's not good if say, your air goes out during the summer. Maybe you get a water leak, don't count on it being fixed. Countless calls, and trips to her office may eventually pay off, but that's on the off chance you actually find her in her office, she's never there even during her posted office hours, which she recently shortened even more. The walls are like paper so you know all of your neighbors business, and they know yours, but I'm sure any apartment is like that. If you decide to live here all I can say is document everything! Take pictures of any damage that was already present when you moved in, take pictures of anything that goes wrong while you live there. Having physical evidence is your only friend in these apartments.
