The management at Carondolet was awesome when I first moved there in 2005. When I moved in 2008 dealing with management was a task. All complaints were met with an alternative to what was reported "Maybe...", "Well I don't know..." My apartment was filled with smoke from my next door neighbor's bathroom on a daily basis. Management and maintenance witnessed the smell but nothing was done to rectify the problem. I was refused the opportunity to move into a vacant apartment because a "prospective tenant" was scheduled to view the apartment. Instead I was told I could move into a larger apartment (I did not need the added space) and my rent would increase by over $100/month or I could continue to go back and forth from my apartment (WHERE I PAID BILLS AND RENT) to the demo model. After numerous written correspondences with management and no sensible actions I had to contact the owner and was then given the option to break my lease. I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone. Management is awful! Before the change in management the living quality and service awesome!
