I lived in the Charleston Apartments while I was in graduate school at USA. I loved it there. The places were nice, and any issues I ever had were quickly resolved. They were prompt in answering questions by phone and email. If I ever needed maintenance, they would be out within a day or two. They even came to change my smoke alarm battery because I couldn't reach it and jumped my car for me once when my battery died. I also really enjoyed the community activities they had every month--bingo, crawfish boils, holiday events, etc. All of the staff was friendly, and the others living there seemed to be friendly too. Lots of young families. I felt safe there (gated and well-lit). I was sad to leave when I graduated, but I was getting a job else where. I thought the prices were very reasonable for what I was getting (other city's prices don't even compare!), and there was always some sort of special going on. Plus, they offer several different length leases, so you don't necessarily have to sign on for a year. I highly recommend these apartment homes.
