I'm a new resident at Lakeview at Cottage Hill. So far, it's been a wonderful experience. The office staff, namely Ashley, has been a huge help in navigating a new lease during a pandemic. The community is well kept, beautiful landscaping and the apartments are anywhere from cute to chic inside. I chose an older model for cost savings, but even for "not being upgraded," it's nice! New carpet, crown molding, new light fixtures, new appliances, laundry room, huge walk-in closet, new kitchen & bathroom floors. I'm very excited to continue living here. Plus, there's all sort of amenities! And, I can't stress enough how much I love the location. It gives a very mountainous vibe with the hills, trees, lake and wildlife. But you're right in the heart of West Mobile.
