I have lived in this apartment complex for over two years now and would not recommnend it to anyone. I lived here previously under different management and loved it. This is the reason I moved back. Big mistake!!!!! Managment changed and so did the community. Management is unprofession at best. Managment has personal relationships with residents and goes out with them. Maintenance is wonderful. Always courteous and responsive. Courteousy officers are on the property but only patrol the pool area so they are like nonexistent. The breakins have increased and the residents were only notified when they began to happen almost on a daily basis. The apartments are outdated as well as the appliances. The paint is peeling, ceilings leak, and tiles are coming up off the floor. Maintenance only does patch work to the complex when they really need renovating. My walls have cracks in them. Insulation is nonexistent and your power bill will be horrendous. I live in a 1 bedroom and it averages during the peak of summer and winter around $200.00.
