I lived here several years ago when the management was still under Julie Baker. I thought she did a great job and I never had any real complaints when I lived here the first time. Now I am living here again since 2008 and it has been one disaster after another. The first real problem came when Julie left and the new management "team" took over. At first things seemed okay because the new manager still lived on property. But once she moved off property everything went downhill very quickly and has stayed that way. The crime is way up. I don't feel safe being outside after dark. But then it doesn't have to be dark for someone to carjack you. Or rob you at your door. Or break into your apt. These incidents have all happened during the daylight hours. The courtesy officers are a joke because if they were really doing their job then all the cars that do not have parking decals but should, would be gone. All of the appliances need to he updated including the AC units. I wouldn't be surprised if there is mold growing inside the walls endangering our health. I am going to move as soon as I can. I don't care if I have to eat peanut butter & jelly sandwiches everyday to save money and stay home every night. Anything is better than this nightmare. But I will give my kudos to the maintenance crew. They do a great job with the little they are given to work with. Ronnie is the best!!!!
