I love the space. I think the rates are fair. The property is beautiful. I feel safe. The amenities are great. I thought about moving, but i can't seem to find a better place. I'm satisfied here. ??????

Security gate is often broken. Office staff is rude and unwilling to listen . Dumpster is always disgusting always overflowing.Not worth the price tag or the name 'luxury'. No on-site laundry and had to wait on washer dryer ended buying my own

I've lived in this community for a little over three years and never had any real issues. I would suggest checking your appliances and staying on top of maintenance orders. Nice and quiet place to stay.

It's a very quiet community, take maintenance issues serious and they are prompt in answering maintenance issues. It is also near school and supermarkets. It is also a safe community ,staff are very courteous.

The community is a nice quiet neighborhood, I haven't had any problems within my year of being here. The ground landscape is very well kept. The gates rarely work, but the office has been trying to fix the problem.
