I WENT TO OBTAIN A APARTMENT THERE WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT I HAD A HOUSE TO SELL. I FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION AND WAS INFORMED OF A FEE. THE BUYERS BACKED OUT ON MY HOUSE SO I WASN'T ABLE TO MOVE. THE LADY NAMED BRANDY INFORMED ME OF THE FEE. I SAID NO PROBLEM SEND ME A BILL. I NEVER RECIEVED A BILL AND I WAS TURNED OVER FOR COLLECTIONS LESS THAN THIRTY DAYS FROM ORIGINAL DATE. I WAS NEVER ALLOWED TO PAY THE BILL IN A NORMAL MANNER. UPON A LITTLE RESEARCH THE MANAGER INDICATED THAT WAS THEIR NORMAL PRACTICE. I HAVE GREAT CREDIT AND DO NOT NEED A BLIMISH ON MY CREDIT REPORT.
