My apartment was not ready on move in day (Aug. 7th) and I was NOT informed of this after traveling to Tuscaloosa...when I finally moved in on Aug 18th...the apartment was not cleaned (white powder was everywhere) and took over a week for cleaners to come and clean the apartment.
