It is a really nice place to live in, there were some concerns before we moved, it was not fixed before we move in, but after ask them again, the maintenance guys came and fixed everything that were needed, they are so prestative.

It started off tough because we had lived in our house for 15 years and transitioning into a apartment was a struggle. The apartment complex helped make the transition smoother on us all. We've had a great experience thus far.

There are a lot of improvements that could be made to the community, but I do believe they are currently in the process of doing so. I enjoy the area / school zone so that is the main perk of living here, in my opinion.

Worst maintenance support in the country! DO NOT MOVE HERE
I had to get my own plumber to get toilet fixed when multiple attempts to get maintenance support failed. i have a request open since 31st May and no attention from anybody yet. Talking to a few neighbors and they all have the same issue.ā¦Ā See More >6/17/2022

I love living at the Reserve . Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is awesome! Office staff is always a delight. I love all the amenities offered and the community gatherings the Reserve puts on..
