I am counting down the days until my lease is up. When I signed a lease here, the management was great and things got done. Apparently they were also able to keep the maintenance "supervisor" in check too because maintenance orders got completed and in a timely manner. Problems started when Kristen left and the new assistant manager came. I have had pending work orders for months. The maintenance "supervisor" says he comes into our apartment, but we know he doesn't because my husband is home when he says he comes over. When he does actually come over, he examines what is broken, says "I need to order a part for this" and we don't see him again. However, even though he doesn't come back to fix anything, the work orders still get put in as completed. I make call after call, and submit work order after work order, but nothing gets fixed. I even get the run around from the apartment manager, Amber. Therefore, I can't wait for her generic comment on here about how I can contact her and everything will be resolved. That couldn't be any further from the truth. Fortunately, I have taken photos, recorded phone conversations, and have documented everything I can. I'm not an unreasonable person. I just want the issues I submit work orders for to be addressed.
