Resident 2010 - 2014

2/16/2016

We lived there for 4 years in the townhouse portion from 2010-2014, we paid 529 a month, which at the time we thought was a lot, but it turns out a great bargain. I do not know if the price is still the same, sorry! (We have moved out of state since) We loved the manager Sandra, as did our little kid, who liked to come to her office and visit. She and maintenance truly cared about any issues we had, they replaced our refrigerator upon move in, they contacted pest control to help us take care of roaches when they snuck in from a neighbor's apartment, maintenance quickly responded when called and fixed up the washer/dryer when they broke, they fixed our AC when it was leaking, patched up holes, and were supportive of us and our family, they didn't mind us building a small garden in the back porch. It's not the fanciest of places, but we got a good deal for our money. We got most of our deposit back when we moved and wished we could've stayed longer, honestly. We loved how close it was to the University Arkansas while yet being away from noisier complexes. Sometimes you get weird neighbors, but any time we had a problem, we would inform Sandra and she did her best to take care of it. The parking lot wasn't in the best of conditions, but Sandra was always there every day picking up trash and litter and did her best to hire landscapers to make the trees and bushes lovely.
