I absolutely love the environment at The Spectrum. Everyone is friendly and the staff is absolutely amazing. The maintenance crew is quick and effective. Visitor parking is super convenient. Everyone should live here!!

I love my apartment, but past management has been terrible. Additionally, recently there has been an issue with people in my building not picking up after their dogs. This problem has not changed despite my complaints to the office.

Pretty good. Just annoyed with all the dog poo that 's all the around the complex. And a dog pooed on our outside rug and on the concrete outside our door. People do not pick up after their dogs around here.
