To be honest, this place is not a good place to live. I moved here in a rush from Dallas to start work, and it was the most upscale looking complex out of the ten I had been to previously. In my opinion, there are only 3 other complexes that go above and beyond this one in this city.

Appliances have been upgraded in most, if not all, apartments (all of my neighbors have been), but not mine, and they refuse to do so (and I can't get an answer why). Maintenance is very shabby also. I typically wind-up fixing the problems I enounter myself because the maintenance staff is not knowledgeable to complete a task with even mild difficulty.

I believe that this complex also might be basing their monthly rent rates on the household income of everyone in the unit, as my neighbors and I all pay different rent rates, and none of us moved in under a "move-in special." And the leasing office is quite hostile if you try to ask why. So if you apply here, lie about your income to save yourself some cash.

Speaking of the leasing office, the office is only staffed 3 hours per day. The rest of the time, the main phone number you call is forwarded to a cell phone to someone that isn't on the property.

Oh and your deposit that you pay isn't a deposit. If you do enough prying you find-out that it's a non-refundable move-in fee. If you ask me, that's a great invitation to go ahead and tear-up the unit and not care about fixing it before your lease expires, because they're going to keep your $250 fee anyway.

My bottom line is that if you're looking for a place with as much space as this complex offers, and want to pay at least $500 monthly for rent, you could easily rent or purchase a house and have a much better experience.
