It's a good community to start out. I moved from out of town and was living in a hotel for a week looking for places to live. The outsides look like a decent place, but then inside is a completely different story. Outside, there is ample parking, some streetlights and decorative fountains. Parking lots have good drainage. At first in manager was accommodating, but then switched managers. This new manager won manager of the year at other complexes, but was never at office and closed pool and exercise rooms only to registered users. They changed so you needed a card to use the exercise rooms. The carpet was never replaced, and tenants come in and out, it's a random draw. One tenant knocked on doors and snuck in my apartment wanting a cup of sugar. Maintenance wise, it took about three days for them to fix anything, and if they did come, most time they did not fix anything, and I fixed myself. If you work in north side of town it takes 30 minutes to get anywhere as traffic is terrible at Harrisburg road.
Apartment is small, I had a one bedroom, and range is a reduced size. Fridge of good size, though appliances are old. One benefit, it does come with washer and dryer, though it is the stacked one.
