I like the management team here and think they are great when it's NOT lease renewal or transfer time. They're prompt to answer my calls or return messages. Maintenance requests are quickly addressed. It's frustrating though that they repeatedly mess up my lease and over complicate in complex unit transfers. After my first year, I transferred from my apt to a larger unit in the complex. The process was challenging, wrong information was provided consistently, and the process became a substantial headache. It took them over 4 months to install the ceiling fans/lights we had paid for at move in and that process didn't go smoothly either. I just recently transferred to another unit in the complex and it was challenging to say the least.
