Overall I am not very satisfied with my experience at the Greens. Management actually does a reasonable job with any problems that come up but unfortunately the quality of renters moving into the Greens seems to have declined in recent years. The design of the building porches allow for magnification of every little noise from the outside, and there is a lot of noise to begin with. It all got to be too much. For example, the following issues are an every-day occurance at the Greens:
-Unsupervised children/teens running around screaming, hootin/hollering, playing on cars, balconies, stairwells, throwing rocks, fighting, and generally being unneccisarily loud obnoxious and disrespectful for no reason.
-residents failing to get their garbage into the dumpsters, and just leaving it lie all over the parking lot
-Hoodlums bumpin their ------ music in their cars for hours at a time
It wasnt always like this, but I had noticed that its started to very much resemble section 8 / public housing at the Greens. I wouldnt suggest living there if you have other alternatives. Rent was cheap. In fact they should consider raising the rent about $20 a month, then maybe all of the "undesireables" would move away.
