Pros:
-pets allowed
- walk in closet,
-a lot of SQ footage,
-somewhat cheaper than other better and newer apartments (100-200~ difference),
-quick service when flooded if you're lucky
-It is close to food McCain strip of food, freeway, gas station , and etc.
-Tons of parking because people always leave this place in search of a better future
-floor plan
-Cable internet
-patio w/4x4 storage
-a little fence for your patio
-I've asked 3 of my roommates, they cannot support any more PROs - I have also ran out of Pros
-pool
-tennis court
-Free water expenses
Cons:
-Old construction, crappy construction, drywall, brick
-Thin walls
-chance of being robbed
-high chance of having your car vandalized
-high chance of having your motorcycle stolen
-high chance of flood
-giant windows so insulation is almost obsolete, expect to pay 95 in electric in the winter, 175 in the summer
-Gas expect to pay about 120 in the winter, 30-60 in the summer
-Slow response to disasters during weekends (usually none at all)
-Expect random charges or increased to contracted rent
-expect your car to be towed at all times, check your window daily for postage of car towing notice
-outdated everything
-60 day notice and payment until that notice is cleared including utilities.
-noise complaint is very easily obtained even at 4-8pm
