I moved into this apartment complex because of its unbeatable price. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. This complex is in a high crime area, and the noise level is intolerable and unregulated. The rules are not enforced at all in this complex by the management, who are friendly but ineffective and unhelpful. I will not renew my lease, and will find somewhere safer and more pleasant to live next time.
