The Links at Springdale is cheap living. The apartments are very average at best and from what I've experienced, constructed with very cheap materials. The staff definitely will NOT go out of their way to assist a tenant with any problems and are looking to make a profit while doing as little work as possible. Don't expect much or any of your security deposit back either due to the bogus charges already structured in the contract. The rent is cheap, but its definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. I would equate the complex to a poor mans country club. Explore other options.
