The apartment was on the smaller side in my experience, but being so close to UTI likely gives it the advantage of always having customers willing to pay for location. It's right off the highway, convenient since it isn't close to anything. Seriously. You're set for groceries, but it's a hike to get anywhere else so if the rent doesn't deter you, the gas money should. There is one wonderful woman on staff, the rest are either condescending or rude, but trust me, they wont care about any of your problems. Can't find your package, YOU must be illiterate. Get paid later than expected, there's no wiggle room on rent, and we wont do you any favors. The complex's contractor is breaking the law, not their problem. You will get one parking spot and fight with everyone else for the dozen uncovered free-for-all spots. Just hope you don't have a neighbor who never moves his extra vehicle, or have any guests over since there is absolutely no guest parking. People revv their engines and play obscenely loud music all hours of the night and there were several cars broken into when I lived there for one year. And you wont get your security deposit back, don't bother trying. It's not the worst place to live, but for the price you'll pay, move along!
