I am a new resident, have been here a little over a month. After rushing around to get in here and paying my deposits I was ready for the walk thru tour with management of my apartment, however they were not available so I was given my keys and told apartment was ready but make a list of any issues and they would be taken care of. We entered the apartment opened the blinds for light and the first thing we saw was a broken window, the next was the carpet was dirty, and it just went up from there. So my
list was given to the office who then had time to come see what I was talking about.After my telling them that I would not move in with the apartment not ready it was discovered that it would take a week to make the necessary repairs. My issue with this so called luxury apartment is that the maintenance is substandard on maintaining the basics on a daily basis. Pools not opened and cleaned daily, grounds not kept up, trash etc, there is no daily plan for every day issues its like they only do it if someone complains.
