The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Thank you for the kind review! We here at Chandler Meadows pride ourselves on being pet friendly, which includes our strays. We were grateful to have you here to not only help us with the strays, but your friendly smile! You have done so much for the strays at our site by way of spayed/neuter, which has helped tremendously. We have continued to feed the strays so that they are not rummaging for food, which helps keep them healthy and not disturbing the neighbors. My name is Grace Warkoski, and I am the community manager here at Chandler Meadows. I do apologize for your frustration over the pet park and lighting of our community. Unfortunately, it is difficult to monitor pets and the pet owners. We do require all pet owners at Chandler Meadows to pick-up after their pets whether in the pet park or in common areas. Fines are assessed to any known resident that is not following this policy. We would appreciate your help in identifying any residents not following our pet policy. The watering bowl has been removed from the pet park as it became difficult to maintain. We have also purchased 3 new pet stations, which will be installed around the property, to help encourage residents to be responsible pet owners. We would love to say that all pet owners are responsible, but that is not always the case. I appreciate that you are a responsible dog owner and I can only hope that others will take notice and follow suit. As our ownership has only taken place within the past few years, our owners have been focused on upgrading the interiors of our apartment homes so that our residents love where they live. The second phase will be the exterior of the property. This phase will look at the lighting, landscape, and building exteriors. I appreciate that you have brought these items to my attention.
