Dear Resident, We regret to hear that you have been having a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. We would love to know some particular issues you've had with our vendors and contractors so we can address it to them directly. We take these matters very seriously. You are correct, there are air-condition units that are needing to be replaced, hence this past Summer was a huge turn out. We replaced more than we expected. If you had an AC problem, yours should have been either repaired or replaced the soonest. Marijuana smell has been an issue in any properties in Arizona but as many know and with our great effort to enforce the lease regarding this matter, there is a contradicting law having the police involved and what the lease states. Our property absolutely does not allow these violations and we are dedicated to penalize such violations if we have the legal grounds for it. Please make sure to report any noise complains to our courtesy patrol or to Chandler non emergency police if you have issues with your neighbor during late hours specially after quiet time, like you mentioned , at 3am. The responding officers can send us a police report regarding this issue. We can then send a violation and a penalty to these violators. Our number one priority is our residents' happiness. Hello There! Your wonderful feedback and rating mean a lot to us. We are glad that you are enjoying living here at Lumiere Chandler Condominiums in the exception of the vehicles going thru Orchid Avenue. We wish that there's something that we can do to avoid this noise from the cars. Due to COVID-19, the office's door has been closed to have a minimum to no personal contact with everyone. Just recently, the office is also going thru a remodeling and that caused for the office staff to work remotely for now until it's completed. Usually, I personally drive around the property and walk the amenities in the morning when time is permitted. We truly miss seeing and interacting with our residents in person. We are known to having resident events and contests prior to the pandemic time. The office staff should be back in the building very soon and you will see more of us driving around and checking out the property.
