I am so sorry to hear about all of these frustrating experiences in the time you've been at Riviera Park Apartments. While the previous manager was here for 13 years, I unfortunately have just taken over the property and was unaware of these issues until earlier in the day. I have already spoken with my Maintenance Supervisor about properly addressing your requests, if necessary, calling in an outside company to take a look at some of the unresolved issues. I am sorry about the frustration with the laundry room, unfortunately, it is a community space and these instances can occur however, I'd be happy to leave a note reminding people to remove their stuff immediately once they are done so others can use the machines. I take pride in the communities that I manage and I genuinely care about the well being and comfort of my residents. We are an excited and motivated staff and plan to work as a team to provide the best customer service possible! Thank you for taking the time out to write a review. We take all matters very serious and work to resolve any issues a resident has in their apartment. Please have your ex husband contact us so we can go into his apartment and find out what the odor is and take care of this issue.
We take these matters very serious and work as quickly as possible to resolve any pest issues so the problem does not spread and become worse for you and or any neighbors. But in order do this it most be reported immediately by all parties. We have a professional pest control company that comes either upon resident request or if we find an unreported problem. Please contact us immediately so that we can address this issue and get it resolved.
Thank you for taking your time out to leave a comment. I am sorry you had such a bad experience with items in your apartment as well with noise from neighbors or outside noises. We do have a courtesy patrol who is here every night from 7 p.m.to 7 a.m.. They patrol the property and will verify noise complaints when they are made aware of them or if they hear them while out on the grounds.

We have a new program in place and it has been successful.
Here at Riviera Park Apartments we make every effort to eliminate any pest control issues that are in apartments. Our office staff informs any one that move's into our apartments that they may have a pest control issue if we are aware of it. We do apologize if your friend moved in and had a bad experience. We strive to provide the best customer service to our residents so they do not have these issues.
We are very sorry that we missed you while you were trying to view and get information about our community. Weekends tend to be extremely busy, as that is when most prospective resident's want to come in and tour our property. We are always willing to make appointments so we can make sure we are available at your convenience.
Here at Riviera Park Apartments we make every effort to control or eradicate any pest control issue we are aware of. We have a professional pest control service that is here weekly to service any residents apartment at their request. Unfortuneately, some residents have a problem and never request service or don't bring it to our attention until it becomes a problem that effects other residents.

Although it is an older community we are constantly making improvement and upgrades .We strive on making sure resident requests are completed in a timely manner .We pride ourselves on providing our residents with the best customer service. Thank you for taking time to write a review of our community. In large apartment community living from time to time there may be an issue with noise from neighbors or children outside. We do take excessive noise complaints seriously and will act immediately so all resident can enjoy their home. We provide courtesy patrol at night who can verify and eliminate any issues you have with noise. We are in the process of upgrading all our apartments and are constantly making improvements throughout the community. We apologize if you had a difficult time getting a hold of our office staff but I can assure you that Today Riviera Park prides itself on providing the best customer service to our residents.

Apartment living can be noisy at times but we do provide courtesy patrol who is here for the service of our residents to assist with any noise issues they may be having.

Thank you for your kind remarks, we strive to provide the best service for our residents without any budget concerns. Yes we are an older community but we are constantly making improvements as well as updating our apartments, including appliances , to stay competitive.
We are sorry you had such a bad experience, anytime a resident has a small stove fire we do inspect the apartment for damages and remind them of safety . Water alarms are installed so that if there is a leak we can be notified immediately to prevent any damage to residents belongings. Riviera Park has always had measures in place to make living here more comfortable and a place you would want to call home. Our number one priority is making our residents happy at all times.
